Michael is extremely professional and knowledgeable about helping build leaders.

He was able to pull from many examples and give real world situations that were relevant to our discussions. The recap notes he provided for each meeting were timely and useful to look back on to revisit and also prep for the next discussion. Some critiques from me would be some of Michael’s insight was irrelevant to the specific industry my position is in. (Due to the uniqueness of our industry, rather than to his knowledge/expertise) He always was able to adjust and make suggestions after given more clarity. Or he would make note of our discussion and think about it until our next meeting and address it again the following week.
